Humphrey is a visionary social entrepreneur who uses his creative gifts to innovate approaches that positively impact communities, particularly young people. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reach A Hand Uganda, a youth-centred non-profit organisation addressing the pressing issues affecting young people today. 

An accomplished filmmaker and Executive Producer, Humphrey is also the Founder of the Ikon Awards - Uganda’s most prestigious platform recognising excellence in the film and television industry.  

In 2020, he founded Sauti Plus to offer cutting-edge marketing and communications solutions to NGOs, socially conscious corporations, and government agencies. 

A dedicated philanthropist, Humphrey was a member of the 2024 cohort of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, the flagship program of the U.S. Government’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). This experience further honed his expertise in strategic policy and project management - skills he now leverages to amplify his impact across the African continent.
